Epic CMS.

Your agency's website, edited in the same system as your villas and guests. Pages, destinations, collections and the blog in every language — and the villas on them come live from Epic PMS, never typed twice.

The short version

Why we built it

An agency's website repeats what already lives in its booking system: villas, photos, locations, prices. In most CMSs someone copies it by hand, and the site drifts out of date. Epic CMS keeps only the editorial content — pages, destinations, collections, articles — and reads everything about the villas from Epic PMS. The website is edited by the people who write, without touching the calendar, and it is always right.

Capabilities

Everything your website says, in one place

01

Pages built from blocks

Home, About, Villas, Destinations: stacked from the blocks of your design, edited per language.

Every page of the site is a stack of blocks your design defines: a hero, numbered points, featured villas, destinations, an about teaser, reviews, an FAQ teaser, a call to action. Add a block, move it up or down, edit it in each language, publish.

  • Blocks of your own design, not a generic page builder
  • Reorder, add and remove blocks per page
  • A tab per language, with a mark where a translation is missing
  • Draft or published, with one switch
  • View the page on the website straight from the editor
02

All the content of the site

Destinations, collections, blog posts, FAQ and legal pages, each with the fields your design needs.

Each kind of content has its own list and its own fields: destinations with facts and places to visit, collections, articles with author and category, questions and answers, terms and privacy. Search, filter and publish from the list.

  • Destinations, collections, posts, FAQ, legal pages
  • Article bodies built from paragraphs, headings, quotes, images and galleries
  • Categories, tags, authors and publish dates
  • Search and publish switches on every list
03

Connected to your villas

A destination links to a location in Epic PMS, a collection to a villa feature. The site always shows the right, published villas.

Nothing about a villa is typed into the website. A destination counts and lists the villas in its region; a collection such as 'beachfront' fills itself with the villas that carry that feature; hide a villa in Epic PMS and it disappears from the site.

  • Destinations linked to Epic PMS locations
  • Collections by villa feature, or picked by hand
  • Only published villas reach the website
  • Experiences linked to Epic Services
04

Menus, SEO and site settings

Navigation, meta descriptions, share images and the agency's contact details, per language.

Menus link pages, destinations and villas. Every page and entry carries an SEO title, a meta description, a share image and a noindex switch. The Today page of the website workspace lists the latest changes, the drafts and the pages without a meta description.

  • Main and footer menus, built by the agency
  • SEO title, description and share image on everything
  • Site settings: brand, contact, company, social profiles
  • Media in the same library as the villa photos

Pro and Business levels

AI Advisor: SEO, AEO and GEO

Every page gets its keywords and an advisor that scores it for search engines and for AI assistants — then fills in its suggestions when you say so.

Keywords

A primary keyword and secondary keywords on every page and entry.

SEO analysis

Title, meta description, headings, text, images and links checked against the keyword.

AEO

Are the answers to your guests' questions clear enough to be quoted as a featured answer?

GEO

How citable the page is for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Insights

A score and a list of what to fix, most important first.

Suggestion wizard

AI drafts the title, description and copy; you accept field by field, in every language.

Epic CMS comes at the level you pick: Start has pages, content, menus and SEO; Pro and Business add the AI Advisor, suggestions per section, FAQ and AI translation.

Works with Epic PMS

The website never copies a villa. Epic CMS holds the words; Epic PMS holds the villas, prices and availability — the site reads both.

Take the two together and nothing about a villa is ever typed twice. Add Epic Concierge and the website's inquiries and web chat land in the same inbox as e-mail and WhatsApp.

For developers

Built for your design

The content model follows the design, not the other way round — the same idea as October CMS Tailor.

Blueprints

The developer describes the fields a design needs — pages, entries, structures, streams, globals and blocks. A new page type needs no database migration.

Relations

Fields that point at villas, services, locations and features in Epic One, resolved live by the API.

Site API

Content, menus and global settings per language, behind the agency's own site key.

Revalidation

Every save calls the site's webhook, so a Next.js page refreshes in seconds.

GET /api/v1/site
GET/cmsLanguages, globals and menus
GET/cms/entries/{blueprint}Published entries of one type
GET/cms/entries/{blueprint}/{slug}One entry, relations resolved

Straight answers

Do we need Epic PMS?

No, Epic CMS also works on its own. With Epic PMS, destinations and collections show your villas live. Add Epic Concierge and website inquiries and the web chat land in the same inbox.

Can we keep our current design?

Yes. Epic CMS holds the content; your website keeps its own design and reads the content through the site API. We define the blueprints to match the design, so editors see exactly the fields the site uses.

Which languages?

The languages of your guests. Every text field has a value per language, and the editor marks what is still missing.

Who builds the website?

We do, or your own developer. The site API and the revalidation webhook work with Next.js, Astro or any frontend that can call a REST API.

What does it cost?

Epic CMS is an Epic One module, priced on its own, at the level you pick for your modules. We send pricing with an offer after a short demo.
